My wife and I have been here twice and have not had a bad experience here yet. Love the food here I really haven’t anything bad here at all. Love the buffet that they do on the weekend. We have found our go to Greek style restaurant.
Schwarma is so-so, I’m used to Lebonese schwarma, so maybe Greek schwarma is just really different. Fries are not good, just standard fries with no seasoning or salt. Basboah dessert is decent, but it tastes too much like sugar and butter with not much seasoning – it would be better with more almond.
Disappointed. Got a certificate in the mail because it was my birthday for a free meal. The service was pretty bad, I ordered an entre which was supposed to come with a salad and pita bread. First the waitress forgot my salad, had to remind her, didn’t get any pita bread, the waitress tried to argue with me that only certain entres came with it, when clearly it did not say that on the menu. I asked for a ‘to go’ box because at point I was ready to leave, then she came back and said they were preparing my pitas…smh… Not only that the food was not good, the chicken was dry and the green beans were awful. I will never show my face there again and if I got treated bad because of getting free food, then they shouldn’t sent it out..If that was the reason….. Glad it was free because if I had to pay for that food I would have really been upset.
No More Parthenon For Us. It is with a heavy heart that I write this negative review. I have eaten at the Parthenon many times over the years and it was a natural choice for a big birthday dinner. I needed a take out order and it was a big one so I called 2 hours ahead and placed my order. When I arrived to pick up my order I made a point to ask that they had double checked the bags to make sure it was right. Assured that it was I gave a generous tip and took my food. But when I got home and emptied the bags we were missing several items. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager, but there was no manager. The person on the phone told me she had no authority to do anything about the problem. I gave her my name and phone # and asked to have the manager call me the next day. I never received a call. Guess The Parthenon doesn’t care about loyal customers. The search begins for a new favorite, they will not get my business again.
Good. I like their food nice and spicey or very flavorful … got tge mixe x
Amazing Experience, Amazing Food, Amazing Prices, and Special Deals.. This place is great. We chose it because we had a bunch of restaurant.com gift cards, and it was the most promising restaurant on the list (5/5 rating). The deal was that we got $25 off if we purchased $50 in food. Regularly, when we go out, It’s extremely easy to reach that after you order a couple of entrees, an app, and drinks. Not so easy with this place. You get soooo much food for your money here. We got a maza plate, a mixed grill, a chicken shawarma plate, baclava, and three drinks (a root beer, apple juice, and turkish coffee). We assumed we had spent at least $50, but when we got the bill, we had another $10 to spend!!!! What a deal. We were super stuffed, and I only finished about 1/5th of the shawarma (the maza plate was super filling, and you get a HUGE salad with your meal too), and we had ordered the baclava to go. We ordered another mixed grill to cover that $10, and now we’ve easily got dinner covered for tonight! The service was wonderful, but I was shocked when we arrived and there were only three tables that were occupied. It’s a cute little place, but the location disguises it. I think they could also use a new sign up front, because it kinda portrays an old chinese place. Once you get inside and try the food and meet the server(owner?), I PROMISE you will be impressed. We live 30 minutes away and we plan on using at least half of our restaurant.com gift cards here, and we have over $200 dollars worth. If you are planning on coming soon, look around for some deals. They seemed to have plenty online, including some deals for using a local delivery service.
Great, family-friendly restaurant!. This restaurant would be easy to drive by or walk by and not realize what a gem you have missed! The waiter, owner I think, is so accommodating and friendly. We come in with 4 kiddos and feel at home every time! The food is also delicious! Every single item I have ordered there has been awesome! Also, the prices are so reasonable. This is a must visit Greek restaurant!
