Service was fantastic!! Fried wontons were hot, but could’ve had more meat! Steak pho was hot, which was good, but hated that it was so bland I needed to add sriracha for more flavor and I was burping onions afterwards!
Unrare beef Pho. Ordered the Rare Beef and Brisket Pho. The beef, probably under an ounce of meat, was a uniform grey. The rest of the Pho was decent but nothing special.There was a small bowl option not listed in the menu, but the server indicated that it would be too small. The bowl of Pho I got would probably be considered a medium the places I first found Pho in Southern California. Unless I’m dying for Pho and don’t want to drive across town, I’ll likely not be back.There was no lunch options and the meal after tip was ~$10. Quite a bit expensive for lunch (Chinese I usually get for ~$7 and Thai for ~$9 – and those places usually give full meals with appetizer + soup + entree) and for the quality received.
