BWW is sliding. Staff was friendly and it looked like the standard chain…. A bit dated but, ok. I gave it a try to see if it were just the two BWW’s in our area, but it seems the slide of quality is the same, hence the chain I guess.
Good food, very smoky, very busy. They are a busy place, definitely. So if things are going slow, it’s not really anyone’s fault. They are a chain, so you get what you get, but make sure you ask for ‘extra’ everything. On the ultimate nachos, extra chili, on the wings ,extra sauce. Get your wings Daytona style, a lot of servers don’t offer it because the cooks hate it, but it’s when they put your wings right on the grill. WOW are they good! And Joe is the best server there, ask for him if you can. It is smoky, but with the new law going into effect, that will change soon.

Our server, Will, walked very close to being annoying, but didn’t cross the line. It felt like all I had to do was think that I wanted something and he was there.
