I had a similar experience with the owner-he replaced the pizza that came cold but had an attitude with me. Perhaps because they are mediocre but the only game in town – so I thought. Pizza always takes forever and don’t have enough delivery people. I did learn there is another pizza place in long beach that actually delivers hot pizza. If a Chicago pizza place comes in (hopefully soon) they’ll be wiped out in a new york minute.
Absolutely love it!! Besides the fabulous Pizza they have a vast range of appetizers, different salads & sandwiches. It’s fabulous! Plus they deliver!!! I can’t ever get anyone to deliver to me, Long Beach is too far away?? Thanks guys, keep up the wonderful job!!
I discovered Miller Pizza by accident because some of the better known chains would not deliver to my location in Sheridan Beach. Boy am I glad I did! I love their deep dish (thick crust) and their Chicago stuffed is the best in the area. They really pile on the toppings and their pizzas are incredibly filling. Their pizzas are made fresh and therefore do take a little longer than chain places, but the quality is worth the extra wait.
Bad customer service lack of respect for others. The owner is pretentious he charged me the wrong price for a pizza and had a bad attitude he didn’t want to change it. Then one of the regular employees corrected him, he then got upset with her and spoke with her in a way that was offensive taking his anger out on her. I will never return. He abuses his authority and does not take responsibility for his mistakes the Owner.
