Spicy Chicken double.. The service was great, Way above average, the food was tasty. Here’s my beef. I paid extra for tomato and onion on my sandwiches and didn’t mind, I think it was 50 cents each. No problem until I opened the wrapper and saw one half ring of onion and a paper thin slice of shaved tomato. The chicken was way too salty as well. Very unusual. What’s up with that.I did not want tartar sauce or lettuce so it spoiled my lunch. a

When we went this time We were so disappointed at the quality of the meat in their burgers. You tasted more soy than beef You could tell by the weight of the patty that it did not seem as heavy as it once was. When I want a burger I want it to taste like beef When I have a bowl of cereal That is what I expect But When I order a burger and it taste like cereal That is so wrong! Also they never bothered to toast the buns. I can understand nowadays that restaurants do not want to raise their prices and keep competive. But Why do they want to lose the quality of their food? This Rallys location will not be in business much longer with the way their going I don’t think we will eat here again Thank You!
Lousy Service. I stopped by during the lunch hour and went to the walk up window. No one came to attend the walk up line for over 15 minutes. Completely ignored. I observed a worker at the food prep area with a hand in his pocket and slapping on pickles with the other, he did not appear to be in any hurry to attend customers or expedite the food for the long line of cars or customers standing in line. The rude manager just ran from one end of the serving counter to the next not appearing to provide customer service to anyone in particular. This was my first visit to a Rallys and I ended up walking out and will never return.

I went here when u was back in the Midwest spending done tome away from home. The food is really good but like any fast food I felt heavy afterwards. My drink also tasted watered down. The fries are good and greasy. The bin also fell doset as I was eating it. Overall a five and a half out of a ten. I would eat here again for tbd experience.
