You’ve gotta dip the Italian Beef yourself, but it wasn’t bad, considering I’ve not had this Chicago staple in a couple years. Fries were fantastic, service was small-town-diner excellent.

Hot Dogs. Kid gets cheese dogs, I get Chicago dogs! You get what you pay for.
Fun for my puppy too!. Love the Chicago dog, my husband gets the Polish dog. I really like looking around at all the pictures. We like to take our dog with us and get him a hot dog and sit outside at the picnic area. He loves to go out to eat with us!
Best hotdog in Michigan City. Now, Top Dog is the place to go if you are hungry for a truly good hot dog. The Polish Dog is the best; loaded any way you want it! The homemade chicken noodle soup is always a good pick-me-up, or if you’re feeling under the weather — lots of noodles and lots and lots of chicken. You can get the corn muffin or crackers with the soup — go for the muffin! Their Italian beef ranks up there with lots of savory beef and onions and peppers. I would give this restaurant five stars! You can eat inside or sit outside at a picnic table, or you can go through the drive-through and pick up your order to go. They have really good onion rings as well.
