ECB is always great! The food is unique and delicious. The beer is awesome, plus they carry Journeyman spirits. I highly recommend dinner or their lightning/hangover lunch.
Really good food and service. I read the other reviews and didn’t find it that loud. I enjoyed the beer they brewed in house as well. Give this place a try.
Okay, so I’ll start by admitting that I’ve never been here before 9 PM. We always get there after the kitchen is closed, and the only food we’ve ever been able to order is the big pretzel stick thing–and that’s honestly more of a novelty than anything. The beer selection is extensive, and the beer menu is in a good format, but I always feel like we should have gone somewhere else. The place is meh, the waitstaff is meh, and the whole experience is pretty much meh. It’s a lot of meh, but if you’re into meh, you’ll get all the meh you can handle here.
My Komax Tacos were so good yesterday, that we came back for the lightning lunch today. $12 for an all you can eat small plate lunch is the bargain of the century. If you go, make sure you get Grandmas Sour Cream Cake, it is off the hook good.
The atmosphere was great. The bar tender was helpful and polite. The duck tacos were terrible, this dish seemed great conceptually but the execution was lacking. I need to go back and try more menu items to see if I just hit the one thing that was off.
Evil Czech Monster Cookie. If you can find room for dessert, this is a must!
Yum. This is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Layers of flavor and texture. Could win Iron Chef.
