Roscoes is great when you want American Mexican without all the chips and salsa. Much better flavor than El Rodeos very plain dishes. The tacos are filling and the sauce is outstanding. I crave these tacos constantly
Great simple filling tacos!. We were afraid to try this after reading iffy reviews. SO glad we did! We don’t eat Taco Bell anymore thank god! lol Chili on tacos sounded strange to me so I was afraid but it’s just beans and beef. Super delicious. The shredded beef tacos are my favorite though. You get SO MUCH for the money. You’ll never leave this place hungry. We eat here once a week now. My only complaint is that the chicken is a bit dry. The mild sauce solves this problem rather nicely. 😉 I wish they had shrimp tacos…. That would be amazing.The guy who took our order was sweet and friendly and super helpful since he’d never seen some of us before. I think I’ll go eat inside more often rather than carry out.

Don’t waste your money….. Ate at a Rosco’s years ago and really didn’t like it very much. Thought we’d try it again and sorry to say, not planning to go back anytime soon.Food is way over priced $$$$ and mediocre at best!
Great experience!. I got the beef chili, which is what started the business and it was very good! The service was great and fast. the person who took my order was very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. They also have different sauces to choose from mild to very hot. I will be going back
True Love. First of all….this restaurant is spotless…you can eat off the floors! Well staffed, someone always walking thru to pick up spills,etc. I like the music….some of it is contemporary Christian,which is a plus in my opinion. Saw the owners greeting people….nice. I overheard a worker telling someone how nice it is to work there. Thoroughly enjoyed my food….(of course I always think it’s hard to goof up Mexican food….I mean refried beans are refried beans.) I especially love their chili and cowboy cookies! This is a pretty large restaurant compared to the original Roscoes in Greenwood. They have lots of different sauces from mild to ones they don’t even put out for public consumption….you have to request those! I hope this place does well!! I make it a weekly stop!!!
Wish this could be a positive review….. As a resident of Mooresville, with it’s ten total restaurants, I was waiting for Roscoe’s Tacos to open for the past two months. I really was.I started for work today with the intent of stopping and sampling Mooresville’s newest fare. I tried to call ahead, but was disappointed to find that one couldn’t call in orders unless one was prepared to spend $50 or more. Disappointed but still undeterred, I ventured to the restaurant, waited in line, and ordered the sampler (what better way to find out what I like).The gentleman behind the counter refused to substitute soft taco for the shells, which I can’t eat. So I left. Probably to never return.There’s no excuse for lousy customer service. None. Guess I’ll stick with one of the ten restaurants in Mooresville that do value their customers.
