Carter’s Nearly Famous Hotdogs are wonderful! Unfortunately, The shop in the mall has closed, however, look for Carter out in the Village late night selling from his Cart! A Muncie/BSU tradition!
No stop to Ball State is complete without a hotdog from Carter- he still brings his cart out in the Village (University and McKinley right near campus) on weekends!! Chili cheese dogs are the best.
