I like their donuts, but don’t think that they’re the be all end all that everyone made them out to be when I first moved here. They were very kind and courteous when I placed a special order for 2 dozen duck cookies for crew gifts for a show. My only problem was the price. For 2 dozen cookies, it was nearly $40. Still very good nonetheless.

Best bakery I’ve ever been in. I love their doughnuts, as a matter of fact I crave them. I haven’t had much else of their selection, since I love the doughnuts so much that’s what I always just end up getting…oops.

A Bakery That Did Not Rise To The Occasion. I visited Concannon’s Bakery in Muncie after having heard that it was the only nearby bakery. So, expecting a lot and hoping for a higher quality pastry, I ventured to this local bakery. But even though I bought three different things, I was greatly disappointed. The pastry was bland, artificial tasting, and lacking creativity. The cookie was crumbling and grainy dough overloaded with way too much sugar. Not to mention the cookie’s icing tasting disgustingly bland, like plastic, not rich or sweet or enjoyable. And lastly, the donut I sampled was a far throw away from a higher quality donut I could find at Dunkin Donuts. I actually wanted to get a donut at that chain to get the Concannon’s donut taste out of my mouth. I had to unfortunately throw away every single thing I bought there after tasting it, because they were simply inedible. I was quite disappointed and do not see how they make so much and still sell enough of it to stay in business.

Good but not Great. Donuts-B- If you got to have one, but frankly not worth the caloriesCupcakes-B- Chocolate cake is good, frosting needs workPie-C- Look good but does not live up to appearancePopcorn- C- You can make it better at homeCandy-B-Expensive, Could live without itSandwiches-A-Usually a good experience, try the chicken saladPrice B- Not too expensive but the dining room leaves a lot to be desired. I do not like the tables. Too small and cramped.

I love this place!. I go here everyday after school and either get some yeast donut holes or a blueberrie muffin befor going to tennis practice. This place has very reasonable prices. Its about 75 cents for a dozen donut hole and 100 for a muffin. The only negative things i have to say is that their choclates and cakes and pies are pretty stale but everything else is amazing.
