I have never had a disappointing meal here, the food is always fantastic and the margaritas are absolutely amazing…the services might be a little spotty here and there but overall it is one my top favorite Mexican joints.
Worst service ever!! Sat for 20 minutes with no visit from our server. It was not busy at all, maybe two or three tables. This is completely unacceptable to me!
Food is good, Service is terrible. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for over a year, probably about twice a month. The food is pretty good, but the service is TERRIBLE. The only reason we keep going back is because we are in the mood for Mexican and it’s local. I almost always leave with the consideration of whether or not I should leave any tip at all. The servers never come to your table so you’re stuck with your meal if there’s an issue with it, you never get drink refils, and you end up sitting there for an extra 10 minutes after you’ve finished your meal before they bring the bill. Also, all the employees are constantly sitting around on their cell phones. As a former waitress, the service here disgusts me. I often don’t feel like the servers are working toward a higher tip – they simply expect it.
Does Not Live Up To Hype. The food was very bland and tasted microwaved. The unseasoned meat was mixed with crunchy undercooked vegetables in a sauce that literally tasted like water. This was a good thing, because my water was not filled up a single time after I finished it. Thirty minutes is a LONG time to go without filling up a glass of water. If you want real Mexican food, GO TO CIUDAD COLONIAL!
Such a nice restraunt. The staff is nice anx the food is cravable to say the least. I will eat anything from here. I also love the sauce and chips. In responce to some of the bad reviews this is definitly not the only mexican place in town. We have cenidad colloneal and taco bell to.
Do not want!. Ive been pretty generous with my reviews, always being able to look on the bright side. BUT COME ON! This food was horrible. Watery, bland, and the red sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce. I think ill pass on this again and go to El Maguey here in Anderson. Superior in every way.
