Delicious Thai Food in Muncie. My husband and I have had lunch at Thai (formerly Sue’s) Kitchen twice in the past week (5/16/12 and 5/18/12), and on both occasions, the food was incredibly tasty. I highly recommend the fried calamari, which is succulent, and the peanut sauce for dipping is top notch. I also had the fried shrimp rolls, and they were excellent. The desserts are awesome, especially the purple rice with mango, which is my favorite. Another great dessert is the homemade coconut ice cream. It tastes divine, and it is very refreshing. There are many other choices on the menu, which I want to savor on return visits. I am confident everything on the menu will be wonderful.
