Poor service. My wife and I and daughter and grand daughter went to the Arby’s in Napanee at noon on 8-1-14 for lunch. My wife ordered our sandwiches and paid the bill while I found a table for our group. When I felt our order was about ready to come up I walked to the counter and stood to one side out of the way of other customers. The young lady behind the counter had a tray of 4 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries and she just handed it to me – I noticed that one of the sandwiches was what I had told my wife to order for me.I took the tray of food to our table and my wife said thats not our order so I took it back to the counter – thats when the lady in charge started to yell at me for taking the wrong tray in front of all of the other customers in the restaurant. The lady doing the yelling said thats not your order and your name isn’t Steve. Before I could say a word she yelled now we have to throw this food away and she took the tray and threw in in the trash. If I would have been able to get a word in I would have offered to buy the food so it wasn’t waisted but it was gone. The yelling lady then turned around and picked up my tray and said we call out the name on the ticket . I wasn’t aware that was the way they did it there – my point is that she could have shown some class and just said there was a mistake – but the yelling seemed to work better! The yelling lady then gave customer Steve a free gift card for the mistake and I got yelled at.
