4/5. Not quite as good as the main location, smaller, less choices
Croque Madame. The New Albanian’s beer has always been worth the trip across the river into the Hoosier State. The Bank Street Brewhouse makes the trip north about more than a good pint. The croque madame might be one of the best things I’ve consumed in the last month, maybe even this year. The large sandwich is served with a generous portion of fries and a small salad. If it wasn’t so delicious, it could be a meal for two. But after one bite, you’ll get greedy and unwilling to share.
Pork tacos delicious!
Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Must have the pork nachos! The Best!
Wonderful!. NABC makes amazing beer in house that never fails to surprise and continues to change with the seasons. The Hoptimus is bar none, the best beer in town. The food and service is also top notch. We had sous vide lamb chops that were amazing as well as the pork tacos, which were locally sourced. We can’t wait to come back soon!
Don’t go with a group!. I had really been looking forward to this place, but my service was horrible! I was part of a group of 12, so our tip was automatically added. I don’t have a problem with this as servers don’t get paid near what they should. However, with my automatic 18% should come at least good service. Instead, the three appetizers, not ordered as a group ticket item, we’re presented with plates for all with no regard to the sauces ordered. They were presented on one plate with no explanation, so one had to use trial and error to find what he or she had ordered. The prices on specials were not given or presented anywhere. While the food was good – very good, actually – I found it overpriced and sloppy, the latter of which could be explained by accommodating a group. Refills on my water – I was never asked if I wanted anything else -were few. My husband and I left after running up a $74 bill…that was for two entrees, one appetizer, and two glasses of water. For the service received, our money will be spent elsewhere in the future.
This place is killer. Food is great..cool menu, nothing like the old pizza joint which is also good. Beer effn awesome..I’ll be back 4sure
