Love The Pho. The only food I will eat at the Horseshoe Casino (in Elizabeth, IN) is at Pearl. I don’t drive to the casino to gamble. I drive to the casino to eat pho. Pearl has some of the best pho I have ever had and I have had pho in NYC and Los Angeles and every where in between. ( I am a road tripper) I only gamble after I go to Pearl and have pho. Gambling in fact is an after thought the pho is the only reason I am there. If you live in Louisville it is worth the trip. The atmosphere is great and feels totally zen. They are open late and on SUNDAY! Yes, you can get pho on Sunday. Many Asian restaurants are closed on Sunday in Louisville.
The Best Pho I’ve ever had!!! Ever!. The Pho is amazing!! I drive to Horseshoe just for this restaurant!! It is so worth it! The food is cooked with love and very flavorful!! I soooo love the pho!!! I drive from Louisville, KY and it is always worth the drive!

It has been almost a year since my last review of The Pearl and nothing has changed… This is still one of the greatest dining experiences ever! The dishes are delicious and prepared with a huge amount of passion and the staff is terrific. We truly love coming here.10 Jul, 2013This is without a doubt the best Asian food I have ever had. Delicious food prepared great with their own style, a very friendly and knowledgable staff, good atmosphere and great prices… Just a great dining experience !Very sad to announce that The Pearl is closed. It will truly be missed!

Outstanding Review for Pearl Asian Restaurant (05/06/2014). I had the pleasure of dining at the Pearl Asian Restaurant located in the Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino on May 6 with my husband, Lou, and twin sister, Sally. Our server, Wesley, was knowledgeable…and recommended we try the Crab Rangoon as a starter. It was the best we have ever had…in fact, we had two orders. Our food was delicious, healthy and innovative. Chef Khanh Nguygen stopped by our table to introduce herself and tell us about her passion for cooking authentic Asian cuisine. She is passionate about the food she serves..and it shows. Worth the effort to find Pearl within the Horseshoe. We highly recommend it. Susan Lesperance
You will love it!. On 10/18 we ate at the Pearl, this was our 2nd visit and I have to say If you haven’t tried them you should. Khan is the owner, she makes her meals to be healthy and she pours her heart into it. She loves to see her customers return. All meals are made fresh to order and good portions. We had the spring roll, crab rangoon and cashew chicken and we couldn’t finish, good portions. Again the food, staff, service is top notch. I hope those who read this will find this helpful.
