This place is a lot like UK basketball, overhyped and underperformed. Their Mac and Cheese is really good, but the rest of the menu is ok. Not worth the menu prices, that’s for sure.
Love it! Everything is great. One of the best places to eat on the Sunnyside.
Date night o. Had a wonderful dinner out. The live music was great as was the food .We had scallops and a steak special. Highly recommended.
#yum. One of my favorite places to eat!!! Steak Frites is always amazing and the beer cheese is excellent. If you enjoy a fabulous old fashioned, you can’t go wrong here either.
Pretty Delicious. My family and I ate here recently and enjoyed it. My husband had Shrimp Mac n’ Cheese and I had their burger. Both were really tasty. We had fries as an appetizer. The dipping sauce that came with the fries was really great. My only complaint was how cold it was in the restaurant. It seems like they have garage-like doors they open when the weather is warm and nice. It was December when we ate here, so they were closed. They didn’t exactly keep the cold out, at all. We were frozen, the whole meal.
Also, the whole dining experience took over 3 hours from start of wait to check 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Scoop of ice cream for son… $5, Creme Brulee… $7. I would’ve gotten him Creme Brulee if I had know the ice cream was $504 Oct, 2014Good but not worth the money. $5 for a salad and $5 for a scoop of ice cream for my son is a bit much. Pork chop was tasty but with live music in my ear in a pub, you should not ask $24 for a pork chop. Food is not a mix for the atmosphere. Probably won’t be back due to that fact.
Good but not great. My wife and I visited The Exchange for a birthday dinner. While we enjoyed ourselves, I’m not sure if we’ll return. The food wasn’t bad, by any stretch, but felt overpriced relative to the quality. My chips tasted like they had been sitting out a while. They weren’t hot and some were rather done. The burger was good, but not worth the $14 they charge for it. There are other burgers in the area that are tastier (and cheaper). Beer selection and price were great. The real hit was the pretzel and beer cheese, which was worth every bit of the $7 we paid for it. All in all I think you can get a better value at some other restaurants but we don’t regret our time here.
