Sign at door that said wait to be seated. So we waited, and we waited, and we waited. We then wandered into two separate dining areas and never saw any staff member so we just seated ourselves. The server came over and was very friendly we ordered an appetizer and sandwiches along with our drinks. We waited quite a while and then our sandwiches showed up and there was no appetizer. My sandwich was extremely dry and the gravy on my mashed potatoes with obviously canned. We never got charged for the appetizer so that wasn’t a big deal. We did consider it to be a big deal that two sandwiches each having one side, a Diet Coke, and ice tea came to a little under $30. I hope their brews taste better than the food because the food is sub par.

Started off with the Lawn Snake: a mix of Lawn Mower ale and pear cider with lime juice. Dinner was the vegan portabella wrap. Great music, calm atmosphere.

One of the first places I at multiple times in the city, as it is one of my friends favorite restaurants. I have never ordered the same thing twice due to the extensive and unique menu. Not a fan of their trivia night format (too few questions for as long as the game takes to play). As far as the food goes, this place is great.

Food good, small portions. We found that the food here was very tasty. Our party of 4 shared a double order of bread with beer cheese as an appetizer and we ordered a variety of entrees….a burger, a grilled spinach & cheese sandwich, a portabella pita, and a pizza. All of the food was very tasty. The only thing is, there was just not enough of it! All four of us at the table cleaned our plates completely and left feeling not quite satisfied. I personally ordered the portabella pita with a side of grilled vegetables. The veggies were fresh & seasoned well. All was delicious, but a half pita sandwich and a scoop of vegetables was definitely not enough. A second half pita would have been just about right. All of my other dining partners agreed that the food was very good, but felt their portion sizes were too small. My 22-year old son ate his small dinner plate-sized pizza and was still hungry, so he ended up ordering some brew chips. They were delicious, but again, not enough. The room where we were seated was very loud, as there was a group of 9 young teenagers (maybe 14-16 years old?) seated right next to us. There were not being obnoxious or anything, just VERY loud, as teens sometimes are. The trivia was fun, but we were not able to complete the game within a reasonable dining time. We had already finished our food at about the midway point of the game. We soon got tired of waiting for the next round of questions in the very loud room, so we just left. Since we were still hungry, we ran through the McDonald’s drive-thru on our way home.

Skip it. Ate here for my 30th birthday and was extremely disappointed and honestly was probably the worse dining experience I’ve had in my life. Got the beer and the carbonation tasted off, this process from order to beer took about 15 minutes after about 10 minutes of waiting. After another 30 minutes of sitting around and waiting with my friends, we finally got our food order in. Granted we were all having a great time so we weren’t really to concerned with time then. 30-35 minutes later our apps arrive. Another 40 minutes later our entree’s arrive. The total duration of this visit was close to an hour and half to two hours of sitting down to receiving food. My wife went to complain to the manager and at first they offered just apps, but we all came from the restaurant scene, anything over an hour wait deserves to be comped and after she talked with the manager ,they comped everything but the booze, so i do give them props for that on customer service. Our server was way overworked, but i could tell at least he really cared and was just slammed with all the orders.Food was nothing too great. My friends had pizza and tenderloin, I had the veggie Stromboli and shared some nachos. I snacked around on everyone’s meal and it just tasted like boring food fresh off the food truck. I’d rate the food 2/5.Beer wise I’m betting their carbonation was off because all of our beer was flat, but flavor wise it boring with the exception of the coffee porter. If you’re from out-of-town and looking for a one place stop, i’d recommend skipping this joint. If you’re a local who loves the place, then i guess we have different tastes.

For the trivia lovers. If you’re into bar trivia, check this place out. It’s definitely the most challenging of any other in Indy.
