  I was excited about this New Zealand based burger joint and was ultimately left very disappointed. First off the bun is one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. The whole burger just tastes off and is memorable in a bad way. I didn’t like the fries either or the sauce, I’ll stick with ketchup thank you.I did like that they give you a chip to drop in a jar to the charity of your choice which I thought was a good touch. However, go around the block and check out 317 Burger which is a much better choice than here. In fact, I’d say I would have been much more satisfied even with a McDonald’s hamburger than this and it would have been much cheaper.***Update*** Changing thisfrom a two star review to a one star review based on the very unprofessional message from what I’m assuming is the manager. Hi Travis. You do seem to be quite an avid restaurant critic don’t you, I see you have placed over 300 restaurant reviews in just over 48hrs – wow that’s impressive! Mainly 2 or 3 star reviews too. I do wonder what qualifies you to hold such a strong view, and if you actually have restaurant or hospitality experience to qualify you in making these bold statements. You say you’d rather eat at McDonalds (which is quite a degrading comparison), but it’s ironic as it seems you are not a fan of them either, considering you reviewed 9 McDonalds outlets in a little over 1hr yesterday rating almost all of them 2 stars. Your credibility is very low, and clearly you are a minority as we have thousands of happy customers every week, and hundreds of 5 star reviews. In a time when consumers place a lot of value on online reviews and ratings for their decision making, your comments and poor ratings are very hurtful to businesses. You are clearly a serial bad reviewer, and the fact you are placing your poor reviews on several platforms for each restaurant only rubs salt in the wound. In saying that, I am always open for constructive criticism, and take all feedback on board to constantly look for improvements.
