Stores like this do not want business. I called to confirm my online order she hung up on me Called back manager answered like I was annoying him. Order was still wrong. The greedy owner of this store doesn’t pay enough to hire people. Very dirty place. Smelled like a dirty bathroom. Beware.
WORST delivery order EVER. Even with a coupon was WAY too expensive, then they screwed up the order and had to call us back 15 minutes later. We’re going to charge MORE, and starting all over so, delivery would be ANOTHER 40 minutes. No offer of discount for their screw up, no apology. We eat a lot of pizza, and we will NEVER order from here again.
This place has really gone downhill…. We hadn’t ordered Donatos in a long time, so I figured we’d try it for something different. I remembered why we hadn’t ordered later on, but it was too late. First of all, it took nearly twice as long for us to get our pizza as they had said (and when I’m paying a $2.00 delivery charge on TOP of a tip for you to literally drive it down the street about half a block I find this unnecessary…) then when the driver delivered our food, he burped in my husband’s face. No apology, just burped, took his tip and left. We have had previous issues with their delivery service, as well as pizza coming burnt or just bad. They package breadsticks with the sauces on top, smashing the breadsticks at the bottom. There are just way too many better pizza option in Broad Ripple to use this place.
McDonald’s on a pizza crust. Need I say more? Donato’s is not pizza insomuch as it is fast food junk rolled flat in the shape of a pizza.
Great Pizza, Not Delivery. Donato’s thin crust pizza is a lot better than other restaurants, but I would recommend eating in rather than delivery. My order took an hour and 20 minutes to get here, and by that time is was cold and hard. I did get a full refund, however, but the manager was by no means apologetic.
