  I have no complaints with this bagel chain. Now that the one just off monument circle has closed I have to travel to get my bagel fix. I love their sesame and their everything bagels. Einstein Bros also have fresh and good coffee

  I am with a group of girls that run every Saturday morning we’ve been going to Einstein’s and Broadripple four years today we decided we take our Saturday morning coffee someplace else the place is filthy people are backed up waiting forever on their food and they never refill the coffees and when you ask for the coffee they have to start a new pot it’s just not worth the hassle

  Disappointing. On Saturday, my boyfriend went to Einstein’s in College Park and it was a great experience. The food was awesome and the employees were friendly. We liked it so much that we decided to get Einstein’s again today from the Broad Ripple location since it’s closer to us. Huge mistake.We got there mid-morning on a Monday, so there weren’t many customers. The two employees working didn’t greet us and I had about ten seconds to look at the menu before I asked asked in a hostile way if I was ready yet. We ordered the same things we had on Saturday, and when we ordered coffee, the hostile employee told us if we wanted drinks, we had to order them at the end of the counter. She said this twice as if we didn’t hear her the first time. I actually felt embarrassed for ordering coffee three feet to the left of where the artificially designated coffee ordering spot was. And despite following her instructions and ordering coffee in the special coffee ordering spot, she forgot our coffee!I could go on and on about the filth, the empty coffee pots, but honestly, it just doesn’t matter. Any restaurant in Broad Ripple has to be at 100% to begin to keep up with all the fantastic competition and this place wasn’t even at 30%. If you find yourself in this part of town, try Biscuits, Broad Ripple Bagel, or any one of the numerous wonderful restaurants that won’t serve you sass with your shmear.

  Great Place for a Light Eat. Einstein Brothers Bagels is a wonderful place, especially considering it is a chain. I have never been displeased with the food or the service. Their green chili bagel smeared with jalapeno cream cheese is a fiery start to my day, and the coffee is good as well. I usually don’t review chain restaurants, but Einstein merits my attention.
