Good, if they serve you. I’ve had the cookies, and they’re good. But tonight I ordered them and two hours later I’m still waiting (30 minute wait advertised when I placed my order). I tried to call the local number, which isn’t advertised (thank you Google), and I got re-directed to a national hotline. They promised they would call me back with an update, and ANOTHER 30 minutes later I’m still waiting for a phone call, or more importantly, actual cookies. Because I paid with a credit card in advance, now I’ve got to do additional work to make sure my credit card wasn’t charged for food I never received.

Just popped in to pickup a dozen cookies to take to a birthday party. Unfortunately, they had NO COOKIES to sell me. The nice guy working by himself told me I’d have to wait 15 minutes for the cookies to come out if the oven and cool down. Really?! Driving down the road to Parcha Sweets to get my hostess gift. I’d advise Insomnia to have some cookies available next time.
