I’m not a huge fan of deli’s but this is your typical deli food. Nothing exceptional or unique is going on here. The atmosphere is modern and clean looking though.

Great Place to Eat. Several of the other reviews confused me, so I decided to write my own. We live very close to this Jason’s Deli and have eaten here dozens of times. I have never had bad customer service because I don’t expect much customer service from a chain cafeteria-style restaurant. You place your order, go pay, and they bring you your food when it’s ready. Everyone has always been very polite and we’ve never had a bad meal here. I much prefer their food to the other, similar restaurants like McAlister’s and Paradise cafe (although those aren’t bad places either). I do feel like they care about what goes in their food and I love that I can get blue corn chips and hummus with my muffaletta (which are incredible and my favorites there, btw). Plus, you get free soft serve with anything you buy. And I do think they are committed to healthier, less processed foods – you can tell by their menu and is another reason we prefer to go here.I don’t know – it’s affordable, good food, and reasonably speedy. I’m not sure why people are writing such negative reviews unless they’re just trying to talk bad about the restaurant.

TERRIBLE customer service! Stay Away!. I don’t know if you can even call it customer service, because I assure you there is a complete lack of service. Before I get started I must say first that I work in the food and drink business and five days a week I am serving customers with the utmost of respect and best possible service I can humanely give. With that being said when the week winds down and my weekend comes I like to venture out and try some local restaurants out. This is my second time being to this location and I can’t say I was too impressed the first time around, it is an odd setup for a restaurant to begin with, you walk in and you aren’t really sure what to, apparently you are supposed to grab your own menus from a spot that is hardly noticeable, then once you do decide on what to eat you aren’t even sure where to order. The whole arrangement of what to order, where are the menus, where to order and where to pick up your food is an asinine mess. Then comes the food which is supposedly organic (debatable didn’t see any sort of certification anywhere on the menu nor did I see anything anywhere talking about organic) and highly overpriced for a supposed organic menu which is lacking in any information on where the food comes from or again a certification of the food being organic. My first experience was clouded over by the confusion of the setup for this restaurant so I decided to give it another try thinking maybe it’ll be better second time around. Still as confusing as ever to me, I ordered my food waited for my food and when the food finally came it was delivered by a blonde girl named Abby who was INCREDIBLY rude to my party, she slammed the food down on the table rollled her eyes and walked away saying nothing to us. Terrible hiring. Terrible customer service (if that’s what you can call it) All around terrible setup and organization of this Deli. Terribly overpriced. Stick with Cafe Patachou and Mcallister’s for a good deli like experience. Jason did not do too well with this deli.

Disappointing service and quality. Save your time and go to McAlister’s Deli. Same price points and way better food.

Menu offers something for everyone. I like that you don’t have to bus your own dishes like Panera. Skin on baked potato was burnt. Otherwise good.
