Terrible service. Get it together ! I have ordered food from this place twice and still have yet to eat their food. Both times I put in a to go order, the wait to even get to the register was so long I didn’t want to wait even longer to get my food. Never again. Side Wok down the street is fast and efficient! Go there!
Great. My family really enjoys King Dragon when we have a craving for Chinese. Our main dishes and soups have never been anything but fabulous. One complaint would be this: when we first ordered from King Dragon, the crab rangoons were VERY crisp (which is unusual and WONDERFUL), but recently they’ve become consistently soggy and heavy with grease 🙁 We miss those crisp rangoons!!28 Jan, 2015Seafood Delight. It has this wonderful specialty sauce that is light and almost clear; it’s kind of like a sort of white wine sauce. This dish is great, not only because it has lots of vegetables (broccoli, snow peas, cabbage, carrots) but also because of the light sauce, in contrast to most other dishes: it’s not heavy and the seafood isn’t fried. Highly recommend with just one thought: if you have leftovers and you dislike soggy vegetables, try to store excess sauce in another container.
Owner is a train wreck. I ordered take out foe the first time and they quoted us 35 minutes and it took 60 minutes. We were getting upset that it took so long that we requested an egg roll and the owner practically yelled at us and then walked away laughing. Finally we requested to speak with her again and she refused to help us and asked us to leave while they made us wait for a half an hour. Needless to say we will be spreading the word about how awful this place is and will never be going back.
Solid Chinese fast food joint. Not the best, not the worst. This is our go-to Chinese fast food fix. We’ve never been disappointed and the service is great.
Decent Food, Service to Be Desired. This restaurant has decent food, but getting your order accurately taken and presented to you when dining in (and in any resemblance of a pleasant manner) is more of a chore than it is worth. The manager or owner, who was present to take our order, was not able to accurately translate my simple requests from their menu and turn it into the proper food order. I don’t normally have issues with language barriers, and I am very unhappy when someone cannot have a single person on staff that cannot assist me.The manager or owner did not take the order correctly, acted like my request for chopsticks was a chore for him (and he took back the fork he game me which had already passed the counter), and he would not take back the white steamed-rice that he gave us in error instead of an egg roll.I will not be revisiting this establishment.
Where to start?. I eat here at least once a week. Double cooked pork or brocolli beef, the chicken noodle soup. Large portions done right, enough for a couple meals and cheap. You can’t beat it. This is what a Chinese carry-out place should be, super-tasty, hot and cheap.
Four words: Steamed dumplings. You’re welcome.
