When the entire Ratpack rolls back home again in Indiana and meets up with my sister’s family and Grandpa & Grandma Rat, we get our grub on at Maggiano’s. With eighteen people, family style is the way to go. On this visit we had the Italian Antipasti, Maggiano’s Salad, Calamari Fritt, Crispy Pepperoni Risotto Bites, Gnocchi and Italian Sausage, Linguine & Clams with white garlic sauce, Grilled Salmon Lemon and Herb sauce, Chicken Saltimbocca, and Braised Beef Contadina. Dessert was Gigi’s Butter Cake, Chocolate Zuccotto Cake, and Spumoni. While the food is not the best in town, it is very, very good for a chain restaurant. Hey, when the salmon comes out medium rare without asking, they know what they are doing. The service is always fantastic, they bend over backwards to help, but they are not intrusive. There are always plenty of leftovers to take home.Indy’s location has been around long enough to get it right. The Cincinnati location is not on par with Indy.We have never had a bad meal or experience here.

I LOVE MAGGIANO’S!!! You can NEVER go wrong at my fav place! Started going there in Streets of Woodfield (Schaumburg, IL) back in 2002 and I can’t stop. I’m addicted… enough said.

Great mix of price and value.. We went for lunch. They had 4 to 5 star expensive meals at fair prices. They also had pasta related meals for $16, but you get a second entre to take home. It was two dollars more for the lasagna and one other meal I don’t recall. The meals then were a solid notch better than Olive Garden, and at that price actually cheaper when you account for the second entre. I got the lasagna to eat and eggplant parmesan to take home. Atmosphere war very good as was service. Couldn’t be happier with the total package. They strongly overachieve for the caliber of restaurant they are.

BOOOOOO!!!!!!. Last night 5 of my friend and I went to this establishment. I am the only one out of our group that’s gluten free. I went there because I had heard so many good things about it and that you can get anything on their menu, just order gluten free noodles.First of all – as open and inviting as that may sound, technically, you can only order a few items off the menu – you can’t have lasagna, any of the ravioli or any stuffed pasta. Plus, they only have one kind of gluten free noodle. I was told they have gluten free bread they put on the table and I got no such thing. We were never asked if we’d been there before or told how anything goes. No one knew that we could order 2 dinners (one to take home). Of course, I ended up selecting an item that didn’t offer that at all.Everyone around me got these HUGE piles of pasta while my plate had two small chickens and a side bowl only 1/2 filled with pasta. When I got home, I was hungry – I ate cheese, nuts and yogurt and felt more full than paying out of my pocket for something I could’ve made at home with some fancy recipe. When you wake up pissed off about dinner the next morning from the night before, you know it was a bad experience.I will be calling them later to complain.

VERY disappointing. Went with a few friends for a birthday dinner… Although the waiter was enthusiastic, the service was very spotty, my glass was empty more often than not, and I didn’t get my second meal to go as I was supposed to per my order from the buy one get one menu. We even paid extra for the lasagna I never received.

NO BEEF!. Why do you only offer chicken and fish?
