That Crust though!. The energy level was very positive as soon as we walked into the restaurant. The steak was seasoned with just salt, coarse pepper, and clarified butter! what a crust!!! The sides we great as well. The best creme spinach in town hands down. It defiantly makes a difference when your side items are cooked to order. Look forward to going back!
Delicious food and excellent service. I have eaten here a few times and am blown away each time I come in. The food is delicious. I would recommend the surf n turf appetizer as well as the ahi tuna tartare. Both delicious appetiZers you can enjoy. Service is great! Very friendly. They all seem to know the menu well and can recommend a great bottle of wine as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning.
Nothing Better then Ocean Prime. Had dinner with friends last night. Could not wait to post my exceptional review. Our server was fantastic and attentive. The bar staff paid attention and never let our drinks or water glasses go empty. The management stopped in to check on us multiple times and made light conversation. My favorite restaurant by far in the Indy area. Thanks
Delicious. Great atmosphere. It’s obvious they know what they’re doing at OP. I’ve tried several menu items and have not been disappointed. And the popcorn!
Amazing Experience. Went there for dinner with my family, amazing food, great service, and an incredible atmosphere. You must make this restaurant a must to try if you haven’t yet. Try the calamari, seabass, and peanut butter torte:)
Trifecta of Terror. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful. We were celebrating our anniversary and had noted that on our reservation, but they seated us in the bar area. After placing our order and finishing our appetizer, the fire alarm sounded due to a malfunction. Apparently it happened earlier, but they were unprepared. It continued for another 15 minutes. The manager eventually came over to apologize. The kitchen must have held food while the alarm was sounding. When we received our entrees, one was warm and the other cold. The waiter failed to return to our table to check on us, so we shared my meal. He finally returned after we ate my food and we sent the other entree back. This was our first experience here, and we won’t be returning soon.
Not impressed. My husband and I chose to make reservations here to celebrate our anniversary. Our reservations were at 8:00- we arrived at 7:55 and were told to have a seat in the bar and our table would be ready soon. At 8:20 my husband went to ask the hostess what was going on- One hostess told him they were still waiting on tables to be available, not mentioning there were tables open on the patio. Another hostess came by while he was standing there and said that yes, there were a few tables on the patio available. So we took one of these tables, not realizing there was a live band that would make conversation difficult. I couldn’t hear our waiter tell the specials due to the noise! We asked to move tables but were told that there were two large parties inside and there were no tables open.The service at the bar was slow, the table service was a little better but still not what you’d expect, given the prices. The food was good, but overpriced and didn’t make up for the overall subpar experience. It was a disappointing way to spend an anniversary and I doubt we’ll be back.
