Sushi was awesome except the smoked salmon roll.. Wouldn’t recommend that one. Service was just fine, a little awkward. They brought out a hot towel to wipe your hands which was great but food took awhile to come out. Overall good experience. Worth going.
My first visit to Sakura. It came highly recommended by some friends. The place was packed on a late Tuesday night so I knew that was a good sign. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh, tasty, and plentiful! I will be back for sure! I need to practice my chopsticks skills since I plan on making Sakura a regular haunt.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant on this side of town. I didn’t even like sushi before I had it here! All the appetizers are great as well. Absolutely no complaints about the staff, they know what they’re doing for sure. Try the soft shell crab roll!!!
This is my families favorite restaurant in town. Both of my kids 8 & 2 ask to go here or pizza when they get a say in what we eat. We love the Florida roll & of course the soft shelled crab and we now have been ordering 2 shumai. The place gets packed and can be slow but the staff are nice and welcoming.
This is one of the best sushi restaurants in Indy area due to the freshness of their product, service, and overall value. I ordered the Sashimi special and enjoyed every morsel, especially when lightly dipped in their house-brewed soy sauce.Wonderful place and highly recommend.
I have a very bad experiment for my Mother’s Day. I call in 4:30pm ordered sushi pick up at 7:00pm when I went to pick up my order. There are already a lots of people waiting for pick up their orders as well. I understand for special event usually restaurant will very busy. But the owner for the Sakura manager so badly. Everyone who waited for pick up their orders were not ready and need to waited at least an other hour. I was there waited for my order an hour already, then I asked them to check if my order is ready and find out they did not put my order and because they are too busy. It was a mess, lots of people complaint and orders are mixed up. Horrible I will not going to this restaurant again. …………:(
Bad experience. Horrible customer service but unfortunately the food is good. The last two times I went was horrible! A couple months ago I took a date out on Friday evening. Apparently we stayed way too long for their liking, even though I was still finishing my beer, and was told to leave. Probably was only in the restaurant for an hour all together. Last night, we came in 30 minutes before they closed. They were not happy about that, pretty much had to know what we wanted right then and their. Had to pay right when we got the food. Was ignored after we got our food. Tired of being treated like I am a inconvenience to them!
