Tried to order the flat bread, was told by the staff that it wasn’t any good. Asked about the soup of the day, told it was made 4 days earlier. Should have been a sign to leave; ordered a burger anyway. Got food poisoning. I wish this all were a joke. I’d leave negative stars if possible.
Busy, raucous and fun.The food was also solid. They had a classyish brunch menu to go with the Saturday football games (both types, as Manchester United was playing in the main bar area, which got very loud in very British fashion very quickly once the game started). My wife got their pizza, which as everybody apparently knows, it what you’re supposed to get here. I had a patty melt type thing that was adequate, but nothing special. The atmosphere was great though, and if I were wanting to watch a game with friends, this would be high on my list of places I wish were in my hometown. But alas it’s way down in Indy, so you all better keep showing the place some love.
I have ate here several times and the results vary from good to excellent. My favorite thing to get here is the breaded pork tenderloin. For a while it was not as good as it used to be, but I recently tried it again and it was back to being as good as it once was. The breaded tenderloin does tend to run a little salty but as long as it is isn’t too salty or too bland, I’m happy. This is the best tenderloin in Broad Ripple.
Terrible service. They underhandedly upcharfed me for different ingredients after telling me there was no extra charge. Integrity and honesty goes a long way.
Good food and great waitress!!!!. I came in this place after sitting in another place down the street for 30 minutes. I was guaranteed by my waitress (can’t remember her name but she had a distinct northern accent) that that wouldn’t happen here. She was right. I had the BLT with the eggs on the top and it was amazing for such a basic sandwich! I loved the ambiance of this place and am coming back when i come back in town. One restaurants loss is another’s gain!
Great Pizza, Great Beer, Great Atmosphere. I had a lovely experience at the Union Jack in Broad Ripple. They have a really well curated draft list as well as great bottle selections. The pizzas here live up to the hype, they are excellent.The atmosphere is great with very genuine servers. If you catch a soccer match in there, the energy is awesome and they always open early for matches.
Love this place!. This place is one of my favorites! The trivia is great and the food is even better. The staff is so nice and fun, and they make you want to visit again. I definitely recommend the pizza. It’s fantastic.
