Good food, poor organization and service. I’ve ate here a few times and I really do like their food. The service has always been a bit spotty in that they seem really disorganized. Previously it was something that I could look past, but on the last trip no one greeted us or took our drink order for 5+ minutes after seating ourselves. During this 5 minutes, at least 4 servers walked past us as our table was near the back. I haven’t walked out of a restaurant for years, and we did that night. It’s pretty clear that the bar suffers from organization and management issues. The waiters and waitresses look confused often and overstressed at times. Unless they improve here, I won’t be going back.

Great food! We had no problems with food or service. We were literally welcomed with hugs and smiles. It great to have small businesses coming back to Peru!
First Impressions. I’m a first impressions type of guy, and my first impressions were not good. Besides not getting silverware at all during our meal and having to ask for napkins this was only the start. Anytime we wanted a drink refill we had to ask for it, and it wasn’t like our waiter jumped right on it. Then to top it off our food ticket got lost, ok everyone makes mistakes and that day was your grand opening day. But when the manager / owner says we will take care of you and doesn’t….that crosses the line. I told my wife we will not be going back, plus to top it off both of our meals were under cooked. My tenderloin was over salted and pink and the breaded chicken was under cooked. Sorry Smitty Mcmussleman’s…..this all could have been taking care of if the manager / owner would have stuck to taking care of us like she said she would!
