The manager don’t care if you get cold food.the service is very poor & the food is burnt. the people working there don’t give a sh?t. this came from the managers mouth.they will lie about the price of food to get you to place an order an after you get your food than they will say that’s the managers price which is double the money.they need to replace the manager with a person that will serve hot food with service. I won’t go there until they clean up there act.
I had the worst service today , I go to this restaurant every weekend, today the manager was working, and while we waited 15 mins for service that we never received, we notice that people that had just walked in we getting served before us , so as we walked out u told the manger that we would be leaving , because the lack of service, she stated!!And I quote( o well I don’t care) now that is not professional, and I will not be back until she losses her job!!
False Advertisement. The menu contains BBQ Spare Ribs. When ordering this item, you do not get the spare ribs. I have informed the staff that this is false advertisement and needs to be corrected. They refuse! Also, the service of patrones needs improving without asking for refills for coffee.18 Apr, 2010False Advertisment on Menu. The menu on Sunday’s indicated BBQ Spare Ribs. However, you receive the BBQ but no ribs. I have brought this to the attention of several waitress’s and one waiter and they refused to correct the menu. This is false advertisement and should be corrected. It is plain BBQ!!Also the service could inprove. i.e. You have to ask for refills on coffee most of the time. ,
