We have become die hard fans of Black Swan because of the quality of the food, beer and service. If you’ve not been acquainted with Poutine, this is the place to try it. It’s considered a Canadian-based food (french fries with gravy and cheese-curds) and the Black Swan takes it to a new level; better than we could find in Montreal. On the healthier side…big fan of the grilled salmon salad. The real clincher is Nick our waiter. This guy makes every visit an event with his humor, knowledge of the food and drinks, and overall great service. We are hard pressed to allow anyone else serve us when we make the trip to this brew pub. We’ve had nothing but great times there.
