Horrible everything the food set under a heat lamp for who knows how long was tough and dried out when the manager came and talked to us he seemed not to care and only comped half our meal that we only ate one wing each off our plates and I had informed him I had more than lost my appetite for bww at that point
One of the worst bDubs I’ve ever eaten at. Traditional wings NEVER cooked properly except for the one time the manager cooked them for me. Service is poor. Almost always have to ask for flatware and napkins. Building/room due to its design is incredibly loud when crowded.
Overpriced average below average food an extremely poor value
Love this place. I have been to different Buffalo Wild Wings locations in 5-6 states and this one is by far the best one I’ve been to. The TV’s are set up pretty good and you can generally have a pretty good view of anything you’d want to watch from anywhere in the place, and if you don’t then they are happy to change one of the TV’s next to you. The food is good and the service is great! Never had a bad experience here.
Mostly Good. My wife and I frequent the Plainfield BWW on a regular basis (I would say at least 2-3 times per month). Up until recently, the food has always been topnotch. We usually get the wings. However, the last few times we have been there the food has been taking a very long time and, after all this time, arrives at our table cold! What the heck?! I understand if the restaurant is busy that food may take longer, but how the heck is it cold after taking so long to make? I will say that the managers on duty have always resolved things to our satisfaction, which speaks highly to their level of customer service. However, I would be much more impressed if we could just get what we order delivered in a timely manner and at an appropriate temperature. Long story short–managers: good job keeping our business; cooks: get with the program!
I called today to complain about the horrible service i received last night from matt, and i spoke with the mgr. ben…… when all was said and done, he offered me 6 free wings to take care of my troubles!!! this is the same offer that is printed on your receipt for taking a survey, get real thanks for nothing!
It is Buffalo Wild Wings….. better than Hooters food any day!!!
