If you call for carry out the order taker is fairly rude and unprofessional. I’ve given it a chance twice as it’s the only Chinese place that delivers and I’m still not impressed. The first time our food was terrible and greasy. The second time it was a little better but still nothing to go out of my way to get. I would say great if you NEED delivery for your Chinese fix but if you’re looking for quality search elsewhere.
Been coming here for years. We used to live in Plainfield and it was awesome because they delivered. We live in camby now and still make the drive at least once a week. The crab Rangoon is amazing and the general tso is the best I’ve had anywhere
Great service. My wife is in Indy for flight trainning putting in 10-12 hour days. After a long day the last thing she thinks about is dinner. I call the restaurant every three days for delivery to her hotel. Great people to work with. The deliveries are on time, the food I hear is good and the ownership is willing to work with me 1200 miles away. I can’t ask for more.I hear the seafood dishes are very good.
Over 2 hours late.. First experience: Asked for kung pao with extra peanuts to be delivered. Paid over the phone. Delivery didn’t show up for nearly two hours, initially the max wait time was supposed to be 45 mins. Didn’t give me a single peanut in my kung pao, which is normally made with peanuts in the first place, and not only did I order extra peanuts, they charged me for it and I received none.Second experience: ordered a meal for delivery. Over two hours passed the food didn’t show up. Called and asked for my money back. Said that my refund would take several days to process but that they would still give me my food for free. The food NEVER showed up. I quit waiting and just ordered a pizza.
Good food. Whoever answers their phones… Its a guy… He is very rude. Very poor customer service… But I like the food.
Love this place!. They deliver! And if that weren’t enough, their food is fabulous, they are quick and super friendly!!!
Sweet & Sour Chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was good. But the pork fried rice was terribly bland.
