I find it difficult to find a negative for this place. While it is a chain, I appreciate the fact that their burgers are better than what you would expect! I have had the Royale which is awesome, as well as the Tavern double. And of course, the endless supply of fries, well, need I say more? Great food, good value, if you leave hungry, it’s your own fault!

Went there with three friends earlier this week and our waitress,Britt, was awesome. She joked around with us and made sure we had a good time. She was on top of it all with refills before we even had to ask and bottomless fries. I had no idea they had a royalty program but she filled us all in a we all signed up so we could get a free birthday burger. We felt so comfortable and I will be back for my birthday burger and hope to get the same waitress!
After all I’d heard about Red Robin, I expected a lot more. All around, I didn’t really care for our experience. The burger was tough and void of any real flavor, and the fries didn’t do a whole lot to compliment it. The service was so-so. Our waiter seemed nice enough, but we barely saw him at our table despite how empty their dining room was. Honestly, I doubt I make a trip back. There are plenty of other good burger joints in Indy.
I had the cod sandwich. It was good. I thought the fillets were small – more bun that fillets – but it was good. Next I’ll get a burger. Wife got chicken BBQ wrap. It came out cold (it’s suppose to be warm). Manager fixed it and the wife loved it. I did too. He could have nuked it but came back hot off the grill. Thank you!! Good service makes a difference.
