  Stone Creek is an AWESOME place to go if you want to wait forever for sub-par food. The waitstaff is fabulously inconvenienced by patrons and highly annoyed by simple questions about the menu! Can’t wait for the next opportunity to avoid this place!!

  My favorite restaurant in Indy! My wife and I go here several times per year and we love it. It’s by far my favorite filet at half the price of Morton’s, Harry & Izzy’s, etc. The calamari is fantastic also.

  Very good experience! We chose this place blindly by the ratings and we were not let down! I had the filet which was perfect! We also tried the baked goat cheese and are now huge fans of goat cheese! Their house-made oil mixes are fantastic too and the wait staff was great. Our only complaint was it took a long time for the hostess to come seat us. We walked into an empty entry and waited and waited, no idea where she was! In the meantime waitstaff kept walking by and looking at us but no one would come seat us. Instead the hostess finally showed up. After that. Everything else was perfect.

  Do not bother making a reservation. You will be ignored. Dont bother booking a reservation for this place. The morons they have running the hostess desk aren’t smart enough to understand how reservations work. They will seat walk-ins ahead of you and if you inquire about it, they will make you wait longer. 7:15 reservation for 4. Got seated at 7:50 ONLY after I screamed at the manager. They sat 3 parties ahead of us and even gave our table away to a party of 2 – a party who arrived at about 7:35 and was told there was a 35-40 minute wait. After all this, they had the nerve to take 30 minutes to get our food WHICH CAME OUT COLD. I was a long time customer on my second rewards card (at 700 pts) but this is at least the second time we had to wait while walk-ins were seated ahead of us. You dont seat 2 people at a 4 person booth at 7:50 when 4 people waiting from a 7:15 reservation are ignored……Is there something wrong with your reservation system????? It does not work.

  Excellent. Need I say more? Service was great, everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The food was just amazing. The fried green tomatoes were a delicious appetizer, very sweet and a bit sour but in a good way. The french onion soup had french fried onions on top instead of the traditional cheese, but it was a good change. I was mostly amazed by the applewood smoked bacon salmon. Just by the look, I could tell that it was tender. But once I took a bite I was very impressed. It literally melted in my mouth. It was almost as if I was eating salmon flavored butter. The mashed potatoes were a great compliment to the salmon. Great place, if you’re in or near Plainfield, be sure to stop here.

  Ordered the spare ribs. It was disappointing. Almost seemed like the incorrect cut of meat. If my server would have checked on me in a timely manner, I would have sent it back. The sides were delicious. Pureed cauliflower and mushrooms.

  Was in the mood for a good burger while we were in Plainfield, and we had never had Stone Creek before. They did not disappoint. Their menu had a nice variety from what I saw, and we both loved what we got. The whole experience was great. The bread we started off with was really soft, the burger was big and juicy, the fries were perfectly crisp, and the staff was friendly. If you’re in Plainfield and are looking for a nice quiet meal with a diverse selection, Stone Creek should not be overlooked.
