Going Down Hill…. Fast. This used to be the best location in Richmond. Now it is not uncommon to find dirty tables (all of them) disinterested employees. Each of my last several visits have entailed my waiting while employees are texting on the telephones, I find this irritating. Recently we noticed that instead of just opening a can of ketchup to put under the pump, they are watering it down. Couldn’t imagine why, and I doubt that the water that was added was sterile…..
