We frequently eat at O’Charley’s in Richmond and we got to know the manager, Barbara FitzPatrick. She always comes over to greet us and make sure that our meals are alright. She makes us feel comfortable eating there. The other day we found a phone in the parking lot and she was able to help us find out who it belonged to. She probably brings in a lot of business because she is so good at her job. When we have a night out, you make it a good one! Thank you, Barb!David & Ellen YountUnion City, OH

Steak is low quality, and ambience can become destroyed by lingering cigarette smoke
