Best Donuts in the US. My family grew up in Salem and introduced me to H&R at a very young age. Eventually I moved to WI, but every time I visit I make a point to stop in first thing when I get to town. I also find myself craving the donuts every time I’m not in town. I’ve eaten donuts all over the US and I think it’s safe to say that H&R might have the best ever!
