Quality Food and Service in a quiet and enjoyable setting. Cupid’s Arrow is located on the grounds of Seymour Country Club, although it is not affiliated with the golf course operation. Seating in the main dining room is spacious and comfortable offering some views of the golf course. Cupid’s Arrow is known for not having an extensive menu, but what they do is well done from steaks to featured seafood or sandwiches-its ALL good! I have had the prime rib multiple times and have found it to be outstanding. The filet is melt in your mouth delicious and highly recommended. Not sure if I can believe the negative post regarding service based on my experience. The servers always have been attentive and pleasant. Most Friday and Saturday nights include live dinner music, whether it be a pianist or a three piece jazz band. If you want a nice evening and dont want to deal with the crowds at the chains then Cupid’s Arrow is a nice choice.
Poor service. Had a reservation. Barely saw waitress, drinks went empty. Someone from our table never got a glass of wine that was ordered after 30+ min he was finally told they didn’t have any clean glasses. After 2 hours we find out our order wasn’t put in. Food came out wrong. We received food that no one ordered. We were told later that the wait staff were taking the wrong orders from the kitchen. No one ever bothered to offer us dessert which was supposed to be part of our meal. The manager took off half our meals, but the 3 hour dining experience was less than desirable. We heard multiple people complaining throughout the evening. We won’t be returning.
