Better than most. The servers are super friendly and the food is great. It’s really very good but it’s not my favorite Mexican food in Seymour. If you check out my feed you’ll know right away what my favorite is! I’m there all the time.
El Nopal is a great restaurant. If you’re in the Seymour area and want good Mexican food, this is the place for you. I recommend the… Well I don’t know what it’s called there, but it’s delicious chicken and cheese wrapped in a tortilla shell.

A jewel right off the highway. Saw the billboard to this place on I-65 and couldn’t think of a better Easter dinner. Delicious salsa, fresh chips and fast service. Ordered the quesadilla with chicken and chorizo, which was awesome and enough for two people. Excellent flavors, better than most Mexican places out there. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.
