Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I rarely review a fast food place but this was horrible! I love Hardee’s food and I eat lunch often at another location so I thought it’d be the same in the Seymour location. Not so. No one seemed to care that I was even there. They obviously did not like working there. The food was good so I gave it a 2 but I’ll save my Hardee’s cravings for the Edinburgh location!
Poor service..burnt chicken. Took 16 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and large coke on my lunch hr in the drive thru and there were no customers inside. The chicken was burnt and my coke had 1 ice cube in it. When I told him I wanted more ice he said he would have to go get more. Took forever. He finally came back and gave me a quarter cup of ice for my drink and still I sat and waited forever for my burnt chicken. My ice was melted before I got back to work in 4 minutes. People in line behind me were growing impatient as well. The guy at the window was rude. Last time I went, same deal. Never again. Where is good management there? Bunch of kids were running the place from what I could see. Used to be a good place to grab a bite. Poor customer service and rude kids.
