Disappointed. Heard it was supposed to be the best around. Far from it. Rib tips were awful and the sauce tasted like modified Open Pit BBQ sauce. Lady that took my order seemed she couldn’t care less that I was there. This was the Mishawaka location. Won’t be back.
Decent. I eat the chicken strips which I love but the ribs do very cause that’s what my boyfriend gets every time sometime real lean and thin cut and nice looking and some jus sloppy and thick cut.. So it’s a 50/50 chance on food. Oh and one more thing customer service could be better, what happen to service with a smile js… don’t take this personal jus my opinion didn’t stop me from coming I can say that, cause no one has the taste Frankie’s gives
BONES AND GRISTLE. I ordered a tip dinner here and got bones and gristle. 20% edible. I’ve wasted $24 in the last month on 2 dinners like this one. I’ve had one that was ok in September & before that they all seemed to be pretty decent. I’ve been eating here 2-3 times a month for the last year and The meat is crap now. I posted a photo here after I picked off every bit of meat I could find, including the gristle meat I ate because I was hungry. A Tip that was all bone and rubber meat. The elastic meat had sauce sprayed all over by the time I was done eating it. Disgusting. I cooked a chicken breast after I was done with this plate and put it in the sauce because of all the bone. I was p*ssed. Save your money and go somewhere else until they get good meat again.. obviously there is a problem.

Most of the time you’ll get inconsistent dinners. Wendsday was best day to go but not any more. Man I miss the good ol days of really good food on every visit. Now it’s a coin toss and you usually lose. Also same with service. Some days good but usually … I’m not going to complain any more but you get my drift.
No More. Great sauce. Ribs are tough, very tough. Poor quality of meat for their round house. This place use to be the place to go for ribs.
