Wish I could say I enjoy eating the papusa, but that would imply it takes me more than 30 seconds to dine on these delicious discs of goodness. Great food with a wonderful owner.
Tastiest Papusa Ever. I had no idea what a Papua was until one day my boss shared one with me. A coworker had given her a few papusas with beans and cheese and as my boss and I were eating and talking, I had to ask her where the food was from because it was so delicious tasting. I being a TeX – Mex native, new it was not a Mexican food item. It resembled a gordita but I knew it wasn’t. Anyway that is the day in 2013, I tasted and learned what a Papusa was. The dough is very tasty ( Not Bland at all ) and I know what I will be eating during Lent. Hands down Girasol’s Papusa’s are excellent and I can’t wait one day to try the other few items on their menu.
Dynamite. Outstanding pupusa. Curtido could he a little more sourish….but the pupusa were delicious! If you have never tried Girasol…you are missing out.
Papusas are awesome!. What a great find! Place is super clean, friendly staff, and great food. Will definitely go back!
Great little place. Call ahead and place your order… Horchata here is te best in town!
Never had papusas, made to order was delicious. Tamale good too. Bean and the pork were my favorite. Super cheap $1.60 each. The horchata not my thing. Worth a try!!
