Dirty. If you eat here keep your eyes on your plate and don’t look around. Its really dirty. We’ve been there when they had floor fans blowing on the buffet food – when we saw that we had to leave and haven’t gone back. Its too bad that Grand Empire on Mckinley had to close – now that was a great chinese buffet.
Always keeps me comming back. I am on a mission to find the best wonton soup and I have yet to find a better combination of good broth and wontons. The fried rice is also very good.
Excellent. I dine there last night and got to say the experience was great. i was there before made a few comments and presto the resturant was more than happy, the food was fresher than ever and i went there an hour before close and when they closed they offered carry out packaging and said please take home wasting food is wrong so please, i was touch to hear that, and it was cheap 14 dollars for 2 people best part they were still bring out foood 10 mins after they closed and the bar was kept ample stockedbest cheap resturant in south bend!
You get what you pay for, just regular ole generic Chinese buffet.
Best Chinese Buffet/Attn:Gluten Free Eaters. New China has long been our favorite Chinese Buffet. For the price, the selection is good. Drinks are included with the price. They always have coconut shrimp at night, which we love : )! My daughter and I are GLUTEN FREE, and there is always something on the bar we can eat, which is not true of many Chinese buffets. (The coconut shrimp is GLUTEN FREE). The staff is friendly and helpful (the cashier walked my daughter and I through the buffet, pointing out items that were wheat-free). Highly recommend!

Good price good food. The price for the buffet is really cheap and you have the variety choice of food. I am enjoyed have the food in New China buffet.
