I’m Italian and went to this restaurant with higher expectations.The menu is just ok, chicken parmesan was the best of the four entrees we had, veal milanese was alright, I had the peppercorn salmon and wasn’t that good.The fried calamari wasn’t crunchy and it tasted like it was fried with old oil.No bread is offered (we are Italian!!!, Mi piace il mio pane).Desserts we’re just ok
Went with a a group for my daughters 24th Birthday, wow how disappointing; the wait for initial service wasn’t bad; server was prompt to greet and had fresh bread and water on the table almost immediately; that was the end of the satisfactory service, extended wait time for the food to arrive, table of eighteen and a good 20-30 minutes at minimum before all entrees where served from first to last plate.I was finished with my meal before my husbands meal was delivered, no one ask if how our food was after delivery;although orders where taken on separate tickets, (per couple, as ordered) the bill was brought out as one large bill with no separation, after requesting separate bills and receiving the proper billing it was another 45 minutes for them to complete our purchases, and still two of the couples didn’t receive correct change. After speaking with manager was informed it was due to our table not being clear. Not the customer service I expect when spending over a 100 dollars on dinner for just mine and my husbands meal, would have at least thought we could have had our meal close to the same time. Food okay; not worth the money, time, or headache. My daughter was about in tears by the time we left. Will not return.
Food is Ok. Service is horrendous. Seated at table and waited 20 minutes before we had to ask a waiter to come and take an order. The restaurant was 1/3 full. Order came and the wrong dos was delivered. Drinks came and wrong drinks were delivered. It was my worst dining experience in 15 years. Bill came and we were charged for things we didn’t order. The kicker was that the manager was our server. My advice – stay away from this one. Several other good Italian restaurant it the area. Try one of them first
