Phil Donahue ate HERE. So did Bob Davie.. Pricey, dirty, and the ice cream is covered in frost. One look behind the counter made me want to walk away, but how bad could it be, right? I found out. Nasty. This place, its poor quality ice cream, and the garage sale look are as stale as the celebrities on the walls. There are better places to eat and certainly better places for ice cream. Staff has no passion or personality either. In short, no bright lights in this place.

Nice place. Cool place to grab a bite to eat. Good food, a tad pricey, seems to be busy around lunch. I thought the service was just fine.

Good food, great chocolate, lousy service. Actually, they have 2 or 3 fantastic employees that are always courteous and helpful, and then tons of clueless college students who wouldn’t know good customer service if it hit them in the head.

Love it !. Gotta love it for what and where it is! Wonderful stuff there. I do not see how anyone couldn’t love this place!

Disappointing Chocolates!. I have been here for dessert and drinks a couple of times and was pleased enough. The desserts were fine (although not mind-blowing) and the various coffee-drinks we had were mediocre, but drinkable. However, I assumed it was so popular for the gourmet chocolates. I made this assumption and purchased chocolates numerous times to put on guests pillows. I finally tried them and was sooo disappointed! We had a box of assorted chocolates and not one was better than what you would find in a box of Pot of Gold or other cheap, waxy, too-sweet, store-bought, sitting on the shelf-too-long chocolates. My search for a decent chocolate shop in South Bend area continues!

Family friendly, lots of space, great for a quick bite and some coffee and desert! They have a play space just for kids.

Good chocolates and desserts, forgettable coffee. Free wireless and open late (midnight). Lots of seating including outside tables. Also serves food since their expansion.
