    Terrible Customer Service. I and my family have ate here dozens of times. Its sad to hear the true face of Logans Ribeye come to light. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Waitress was making fun of my son and my wife over heard her saying that she will never serve a table that had babies ever again. We left, embarrassed and upset. We called just after to explain the situation to the manager on-duty and she was rude and unapologetic. So my wife decided to talk to ownership. Only to explain the situation to Mr. Logan as an educational opportunity for him and his staff. He snapped at her and explained that we shouldn’t have came to his so called family friendly restaurant when our son was hungry. I’m appalled, this has to be the poorest excuse of customer service I have ever seen… and I cant blame the waitress or the shift manager. A positive, quality service culture starts from the top-down and Logan’s Ribeye doesn’t care about its customers.

  • Reality Bites

    Ordered 20 oz. Ribeye MR and Seafood platte. Ribeye was cooked correctly but was of poor quality. Very tough. Had to spit out 6 bites into napkin. Seafood platter consisted of frozen pre-breaded shrimp, fish fillets and clam strips. Clam strips were way over cooked, hard, inedible. As our sides we chose mashed red potatoes and rice pilaf. Both of which were boil in bag and box mix. They tasted good but were served cold and were sent back. Our loaf of bread was good but, served cold as well. The salad bar was the best thing and ALL of it was out of a bag or store made, which I’m going to say was a good thing. Our server was very attentive and pleasant.

    We called only 2hrs ahead and they were able to get in our group of 37. The food was good and the service was even better. Definitely recommend it!

    Salad & Pie. The salad bar and peanut butter pie are the only reasons I will eat here. The salad bar is clean and fresh and the pie is to die for. I think the meals are too pricey for the quality of food they serve. Also, they seem to always be out of prime rib when we go.
