Tasty food at a great price. Don’t be discouraged by the run down appearance of the building. The Taco Casita has the tastiest Mexican style fast food I’ve encountered in the midwest. The menu selections are straightforward with all the usual items. I personally recommend a wet King Burrito with the hot sauce. The wet plate is also a good choice. Foodies will scoff at this place — the food neither complex nor delicate. It simply tastes good and is inexpensive. The perfect formula for a fast food restaurant.
Cheese Enchiladas. I guess there is a consensus that Taco Casita is something you have to grow up on to love. That’s not outside the realm of possibility. I grew up eating Taco Casita — or rather Taco Tico, as it used to be called. I LOVE the cheese enchiladas. They are wonderful and delicious!
Omg they dont know whats good..we use to eat there till we moved and im in my way back there from florida to visit family and no doubt about it im gogt to get me some taco casita specially the wet plate yummy..wish we had one down here..id rather have ya alls food. taco bell is all can and frozen ingredients and is more like home made. there is no better place to stop and chow down…love ya all…see ya all june 22, 2011..cant wait…
Nicholas doesn’t know what he’s talking about .. I’ve been going to Taco Casita for over 25 years on US 40 .. if the food was crap how is it they’ve been in business all these years?? I love the food .. esp taco burgers and the Deluxe Enchilada Dinner. Prices are VERY reasonable. Would def recommend!!
