  About two weeks ago, I was informed by a Fridays employee about the wonderful program you have called Alist. Since being informed I have ulitized this as an excuse to come dine and eat the several great things you have to offer. Unfortunately I was NOT informed that in order to recieve Alist you must be in the bar area. This was upsetting seeing as I would have changed my selection if I would have known prior to being seated. I was with a guest who was under 21, and in order to uphold the law we agreed to be seated in your dining area. I ordered a few drinks, and had several great laughs. Then came the check. I requested to have the Alist put on my bill. The server informed me that I had to sit in the bar in order to recieve that feature. As you can guess, it was extremely displeasing to hear. I asked the server to bring the manager to the table. The manger was polite to start, and informed me that he could not put Alist on my ticket. I asked the manager if I moved to the bar area, and purchased another drink if he would honor the Alist. He agreed. Several sips later another manager who’s name I do not know approached us and told me that the deal that was made was false. So there goes another $6 added to out bill. After asking for the that managers name, the other managers name and the district managers name and number, the manager agreed to let us have Alist on the ticket. That not only told me that they could do it to begin with, but they also were trying to take advantage of my loyalty. A couple patrons, one which I work with asked me what was going on. so I told them. They were shocked. Little did I know as I was telling them the situation Mr. Bryan Nichols was standing behind me. He then confronted me and told me to never come back. I asked for his name, and said I would be in touch with his DM. Not only was his attitude belittling and unprofessional. It was completely rude to have been treated like that. I will NEVER go back to that Friday’s after tonight.

  Meh. I’m not impressed with this restaurant. I’ve been to TGIF’s in Colorado that were fabulous. This one is noisy, you can smell the smoke from the bar, it’s cramped seating and the food is not anything to brag about. I only went with a girlfriend, she had a coupon. She wanted to go here twice in a 2 month period – I only went because of her.

  Seating was a inconvencie. We would like to let you know your girl that was up front today at 11:30 was very rude, she was on the phone but we stood there waiting for over 20min and she took us to a table was dirty,and when we asked to be placed at a cleaner table it was like pulling teeth from a horse. Then the manger just went on his way like there was anything worng,also your kitchen staff was so rude we could here them from where we were sitting. WE did not like the way we were seated or how we were treated, and we will let some other people know also.
