11/4 ordered carry-out. Was missing 1 item ordered. Called immediately; spoke with Kelly. Was told I would receive a refund gift card in the mail for the $10 credit. Never received. I called back to Blue Point two weeks later to inform Kelly I never received the gift card. Kelly informed me she would send out a second $10 gift card. On 11/30 I called Blue Point to speak to either owner, Sam Werkema or Eddie Luick, to make them aware of how their customer service staff is treating their diners. I left a message for Eddie Luick to call me back. As of today’s date, 12/2, I have yet to receive either the $10 refund for the missing food item I paid for or a courtesy return phone call from the owner. Nice.
