The majority of the wait staff are incompetent. management is in way over their head half the time, rushing orders and fixing mistakes. they can’t keep fixing the problems of their staff fast enough. it’s a shame. this franchise normally rocks….

It’s only gone downhill. It feels like the prices rise as the portions go down every time I step in. I started frequenting BW3s when I was going to Purdue back in 2000 and it was great back then. As time has gone on the it just seems that the quality of the food has decreased significantly at all locations. There seems to be less and less meat on the wings. The service at this location is also not that great. Constantly forgotten or messed up parts to orders and little care to correct the mistakes. Outside of the required interaction, servers don’t want to come around. There are a couple that break this rule but you have to know who they are and ask for them if they are there. On top of all this is one of the big reasons why it seems so expensive to eat here is the decision of the local owners to use waitresses over the standard way BW’s wants them run. Normal BW’s you order at the front and then a food runner brings out your food. No tipping involved. And sadly the service is no better then a food runner. This works out as a double plus for the owners because they now don’t have to pay the person minimum wage anymore because there are tips so their payroll goes down but also they don’t lower their prices to attribute for the lowered cost so they get more profit on the food. Win Win for the owner, Lose Lose for the client.Sauces are still great. Some of the best wing sauces out there. Love getting them in bottle and using on my home made wings.Overall I avoid whenever possible.Disclaimer : I worked as a bartender at this location when it opened back in I think 2003 (years blurring) and for about 8 months.

The only reason i go is for UFC PPV’s but lately i have been staying home since they don’t have any seats available. I am a paying adult and yet they let kids sit there for hours drinking water and spending 5 dollars.
